Kommuna Lux is all about exhilarating Klezmer music, with catchy roguish songs from their hometown, the seaport city of Odesa. The seven-piece Ukrainian band calls their bizarre blend of musical genres “Odesa Gangsta Folk”. In addition to a touch of nostalgia and a maritime approach to life, the typical timeless humour of the Ukrainian Black Sea region is also in the air – in other words, be prepared for a show full of anarchy and esprit!
