With its inimitable mix of neo-soul, electro, and funk elements, Tanga Elektra skilfully shimmies between polar opposites, resulting in an extremely danceable mix that transcends genres. It is all the more impressive that this multilayered sound is created by only two musicians. With the aid of a loop station, they conjur the illusion of a band on stage with several members, featuring drums, violin, vocals, and electronics.
