Theater am Ende (Berlin/Germany)
This performance by Manfred Olek Witt, the founder of Theater am Ende, that has been existing since 1995, was awarded the special prize Best German solo dance at the festival euro-scene Leipzig in 1997. The dancer and choreographer can also be seen in Die Welt ist rund (The world is round) with DeGater ´87.

Dance Performance
An axe in front of the head. A barefoot skin-headed man in woman´s black dress and with black gloves up to the elbows dances with an axe in front of his head. And with a white cloth in his mouth. A dance, showing male and female features, showing strength and weakness. It is dangerous and as tight as skin and nearly a touch - close to the edge of existence.
